The challenge in this campaign was to construct one minute of audiovisual silence—without the viewer realizing it.

Visually, a full minute of inaction can feel unusual or even empty. But AstraZeneca’s bold creative approach aimed to suspend the perception of time, while delivering a powerful and emotional message: to give space, presence, and visibility to the reality of people living with metastatic breast cancer.
